So here it is, the PKMN B&W crossplay that I’ve been keeping a secret for the last like, month and a half!
I’m so proud of this cosplay - its got to be the one that I’ve so far done the most independent work on and it’s the first crossplay for me to do that involved full-on dude wear (Link wasn’t so difficult because he wears tights). XP
Ever since I was first introduced to my childhood friends in B&W, I totally fell in love with Cheren. When I first saw his picture in the game, I was all like “oh my gosh, they’ve finally introduced a swank childhood friend!” XD Back then, I didn’t think that I’d ever get to cosplay him, that he’d be added to the list of cosplays that “would be nice to do, but I wouldn’t get the chance to do”, but after discovering that super amazing Rukia wig could be styled to look like his hair, well, things changed.
He’s really one of those characters that way too under-appreciated, so I’m glad that I’m able to show him some love by cosplaying him; I also get to have a cosplay that’s more “original” since he isn’t cosplayed so often!
Now I totally can’t wait to cosplay with my Bianca! Look forward to some DualRivalship photos in the near future!
