I've seen so many wonderful WIR artworks on dA today, each of which warmed my heart and made me fangirl, so I felt compelled to post more Vanellope photos. :'D
These were taken in the mall when *Fantasyrhia and I invaded downtown to get me some Vanny photos (hence the weird colours... And my ever-so-creative title). We had some fun settling in and getting some photos in this upstairs hallways, but then we got kicked out. The woman was really nice about it, however, which actually made me sort of ok with getting asked to leave (which is a first), though I still feel really sheepish about it given the garb I was dawning. >.>; I'm also kind of glad we had to find alternate photoshoot locations, because GOSH the lighting in the mall is so icky and doesn't make for great photo quality; I do like these particular shots, however, as well as the playful-looking, almost Disneyland-esque background. If we hadn't had to move to another place, we wouldn't have ended up in Chinatown, which is where my other Vanellope photos were taken, and I'd say the lighting and background in those are quite pleasant! So there's my little anecdote for the day, enjoy the photos!

Where did you get the wig? If you're mom and dad got it for you on Christmas ask them where they got it! I have to know because it's so adoribale! As I'm writing this comment I'm listening to all the songs that were in the movie wreck it ralph. Right now I'm listening to the music where ralph is imagining everyone will like him because he has a metal. ( heros duty)!
The base wig is from Milanoo (though I don't recommend using that website since their prices are rather high), and the ponytail extension was from a Canadian boutique called Ardene. I bought the tights from Claire's during their winter clearance last year.
Wow. I really want to be vanellope Von shweetz for Halloween. But I'm still looking for tights. We were going to use you're idea. I don't know if you used elastic for the tights from Joann fabrics but, your idea for the whole thing is AWESOME.
