Armin Arlert: Obligatory Salute

Last weekend was 24/7 Shingeki for me. Seriously. On Friday, my dad shot some solos of Glittapop's Levi cosplay in my Grandpa's studio as part of this cosplay photo project he's been working on for the past couple of years. I decided to take the opportunity to bring out my Armin and get some duo shots. The following day, we were off to meet-up during which we got to work with a couple of photographers as well as a good friend of mine who was putting together a really awesome CMV. It was all super fun!

This was taken in my Grandparents' backyard during the Friday shoot. It's really nice to have finally gotten to have a photoshoot there; I've always admired their beautiful property and thought that it would be a lovely photoshoot location, but never had a cosplay to shoot there until now. My Grandparents have always been super supportive of my cosplaying; they gave us many sweet compliments on our Shingeki cosplays while we were out there and my Grandma even invited us to stay for dinner as Armin and Levi. >w<

I'm really excited that I'll have more Armin photos to share now because he's my favourite cosplay at the moment and cosplaying him makes me really happy. I find a lot of strength and comfort in his character and I always feel confident and excited portraying him. I'm really grateful that I've gotten so many chances to bring him out this summer and I can't wait to do more Shingeki things with my friends this month!
