Well surprise, everyone. This was my super secret Adventure Time cosplay that I debuted on the Saturday of Tsukino-Con this year! I decided to keep this one as secret as I could (didn't drop hints or post any WIP teasers on my Instagram) because I knew this would probably come as quite the surprise to most people. The truth is, BMO is my favourite AT character (Fionna being my favourite from the genderbent universe) and I've been planning to cosplay them since last spring when I finally got into Adventure Time.
It is a total miracle that this cosplay came together in time; my situation is rather complicated at the moment, so as it turned out, I wasn't able to get to this cosplay until about a week before the con and I almost completely broke down because I honestly didn't think I'd get it done in time. However, by some miracle, and reassuring words of wisdom from my dad, everything ended up somehow coming together just in time for the con.
So anyhow, here's a little preview shot featuring my beloved BMO plush! I'll be posting more construction details for this cosplay in the near future. I unfortunately didn't get that many good photos of this cosplay at the con, so I'll have to book a shoot in the coming weeks. Until then, stay algebraic!
